◦ Mr. President. “Promises made, promises kept” is one of your campaign slogans. Although you were never prevented from releasing your own tax returns, you did promise to release them once the IRS completed an audit you claimed it was conducting. 1) Has the IRS completed the audit? 2) Will you release the returns now whether it has or has not? 3) Why are you still fighting the release of the returns? Is it because the Southern District of New York is investigating alleged hush money payments from you to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal and possible insurance and tax fraud by the Trump Organization?
